The property itself is in a Grade 2 Listed Georgian House. It sleeps four with a King sized bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the Lounge. The sofa bed sleeps two and for an extremely short stay (1 week or less) the owner can leave a mattress for an additional person making the sleeping capacity of 5.
