How will the UK Peoples Act affect Names &
Numbers?
We have been planning for the impact the Act will have on the collection and use of Electoral Roll data for some time, and have taken steps to ensure the highest possible quality of data within Names & Numbers after these changes come into place (ie after 2002). It is likely that, by using historical Electoral Roll data records, the new Commercial Electoral Roll, along with the other data sets like Royal Mail Data, Telephone Subscriber information and commercial data sets, the impact on Names & Numbers will be minimal.

- Names & Numbers requires approx 820 Mb fixed disk space for a full installation, or it can be run from the CD Rom using 590 MB of installed
space.
- It will run on Windows 95,98,ME,NT or Windows 2000. Minimum 32Mb RAM recommended.

Internet Use
Names & Numbers Internet may be used for back-end residency checks. Annual License fee is £7500 + VAT. The internet data license
is for one computer, renewable annually serving web sites for a single legal entity.
