River Habitat is looking to build its team across London with the aim of recruiting 400 competent and confident high revenue earners by the end of 2010.
Requirements
- Experience in Industry Useful although Not Necessary
- Must have Secondary School Education, University a +
- Numerate, Literate and Analytical Skills Necessary.
- Trained Sales Skills Necessary
- Must be Dedicated and Long Term Goals in Mind.
- Must have a current UK Driving License
Description of Role
Your business in Residential Property Lettings and Sales in London. You are client facing and your ability to communicate the benefits of property to your client will lead to revenue generation. Complete meritocracy given non-political agenda of firm. Sizeable commissions in terms of Estate Agency Pay Outs. This is your business as we help you brand your name. Repeat Business and Renewal Commission can be expected in second and third years leading to income comfort levels as your name as a brand becomes recognised.

Actual Experience of Other Candidates
Initially as with any new job, commissions start slowly as one needs to become familiar with the system through education and on the job training. Strong emphasis on learning. Intensive One Week Boot Camp Offered initially with periodic training seminars. Job satisfaction and rewards become greater as the deal flow increases and renewals start kicking in.
